Challenge
Create a Halloween creature using hydraulics with two moving parts. Make this creature using cardboard, glue, and other materials provided to you by the teacher. At the end of the week pre-schoolers will come to visit the class to come trick-or-treat, have the projects out and ready to be presented to them then.

Problems
Although, in the end, our project turned out well, we ran into many challenging problems. We faced situations such as, weighting the project so it would not flip, get the head to stay on, and getting the tubing attached to our creature. We analysed these problems carefully, overcame them, and finished our project.
Scientific Principles
Hydraulic's use Pascal's Law to operate. It relates to pressure in fluids, liquids, or gas. If the weight of a fluid is neglected the pressure throughout an enclosed volume will be the same. The static pressure in a fluid acts equally in all directions. The static pressure acts at right angles to any surface in contact with the fluid.
